ak99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ak99", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ak99 platform operated at ak99.io and the team responsible for its operation.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ak99 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the ak99 website at ak99.io, including all betting markets, casino games, Tower games, live dealer tables, and associated services.
• "Account" — the registered player account created by you when you sign up to ak99.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in your ak99 account, including deposited funds and confirmed bonus allocations.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ak99 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ak99 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ak99 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use the ak99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ak99 applies a 21+ minimum age policy across all services without exception.
• You must be registering and playing from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended ak99 account. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ak99 or any of its affiliated game providers.

ak99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any point during the player relationship. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of the account and freezing of withdrawals until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ak99 account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. ak99 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact ak99 support immediately at [email protected]. ak99 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to report the compromise promptly or where the access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential security.

ak99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account is found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious betting patterns, collusion, or abuse of promotional offers is detected.
• A regulatory or legal requirement mandates account closure.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

ak99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction within your account.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak99 does not accept deposits made in any other currency without prior arrangement. Deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name will be rejected and returned, and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met in full before those funds become withdrawable.
• ak99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically one to two hours for bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours for card-based methods.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ak99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer at the time of its promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus term shall take precedence in relation to that bonus only.

General conditions that apply to all ak99 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• ak99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus at the time of cancellation will be permitted to complete the stated wagering requirements under the original terms.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ak99 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game type. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the platform and form part of this agreement by reference.

ak99 offers cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and other major tournaments. Live in-play betting markets are available where technically supported. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ak99 reserves the right to void bets where the odds were published in error or where a market was suspended at the time the bet was placed.

For casino and live dealer games powered by providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, the rules of each game as implemented by the relevant provider are final. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, ak99 will investigate and, where necessary, void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live dealer table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets with an artificially advantageous outcome.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at ak99 staff or other platform users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ak99 platform — including but not limited to the ak99 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ak99 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ak99 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to ak99 for display on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of such content is a violation of the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

ak99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free availability of the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption or delay in the availability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors or omissions in game results, odds, or scores caused by data feed failures from third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ak99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

ak99 collects and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ak99's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
